  1. Create your plan, being as specific as possible using this format ACC Request Form 
  2. Send the plan to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) at the following email address: Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

  1. We are planning on removing several dead shrubs from the garden area along the sidewalk between 5109 & 5115 115 St SE. We plan on adding some medium size rocks & probably a flower pot . We are asking for approval for this small project.
